great location but service can improve
The location beside the Bossonet lift was perfect for skiing, making it easy to hit the slopes. The ski hire service was incredibly efficient, allowing my family to gear up in less than 15 minutes. The staff offered valuable advice on rental options and ski routes, guiding us to some amazing spots in the area. The mountain view from our room was spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop to our stay.

proximity to ski lifts, charming bar area with games, cozy atmosphere with traditional decoration
Rooms felt cramped for larger families!!! The restaurant closure for events without prior notice made dining frustrating. Limited parking availability is a hassle!!! Confusing activities for kids left us wishing for a better arrangement!!!

The location was superb, with the village just a short walk away and pistes right on our doorstep. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the ski rental shop who made gearing up easy. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and offered stunning mountain views from the balcony.
There were limited menu options in the dining area, which could be improved.

It was just a great match for strolling around in La Clusaz with excellent value for money. I enjoyed the cozy bar area after skiing. it had a really nice ambiance for relaxing. Bring some snacks for late-night cravings, as the dining options aren't extensive.

The proximity to the Bossonnet lift makes skiing in and out a breeze. The cozy bar area, complete with pool tables and a comforting fire, provides a great space to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
Room sizes can feel cramped, especially for families, making for uncomfortable stays. The breakfast selection was lacking, and many found it underwhelming, while the dining options for dinner were notably limited and didn't change much throughout the week. The wellness area, though generally nice, faced temperatures that felt less than inviting during peak times. parking can be a hassle, so plan ahead if you're coming with a vehicle.

I spent 2 nights in a Double Room with Balcony, and the size of the room made a positive impression. The room had a kettle, which made it nice to enjoy a warm drink after skiing. The view from the balcony was refreshing, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. the restaurant service was an issue. they had private events that closed it off during available dining hours, and I wasn't informed ahead of my arrival. That led to some real inconvenience in planning my meals. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the little garden area, which allowed my child to explore while I enjoyed breakfast. The breakfast spread was decent, but I craved a better coffee experience after long days in the snow. being so close to the ski lift felt luxurious, making it easy to hit the slopes and return to the cozy room afterward.
